Hi Ronda-

What anti-luciferase antibody do you use on paraffin embedded, PFA fixed
tissues? Are there any tricks, like antigen retrieval, length of fixation
required, for good staining?

Thanks,
Ralph

Hello,

I am deparately searching for a validated method for luciferase
immunostaining of pfa fixed, formic acid demineralized, paraffin embedded
tissue. Our laboratory has successfully stained PFA fixed, paraffin embedded
tissues, but never demineralized tissues. Would like to know if there are
any special antigen retrieval methods out there, etc...
Thanks much,
