Lesley,

If you are hoping to obtain better pay rates using the 2000 ASCP survey,
don't.  Quoting this survey actually hurt our attempts to get more
acceptable compensation because it seemed so low.  In fact, I'm sure you
will be surprised at how low the numbers are when you check it out.  If at
all possible, wait for the next survey to come out because all of the
laboratories that I've checked with lately are blowing the 2000 numbers out
of the water.
