We have not had any problems of that sort at all; I can't even remember
there ever being anything on backorder (maybe a day or two on say 3-4
occasions) in the past 8.5 years.

I recently have had many problems with Ventana, particullary obtaining
supplies...Has anyone eles demnostrated recent problem with them? In the
past they had always been great to work with, however, the past two months
