I can't tell you which company has the best p63, we went with NeoMarkers (LabVision) because the paper our pathologist read about it in used theirs.  The idea was to use it instead of actin to demonstrate myoepithelial cells in breast carcinoma to determine invasiveness, but since we brought it on board, nobody has ordered it.  Go figure.
