Hi Tim,

Currently we do EBER on the Ventana Discovery and BenchMark that is lovely.
We have demo probes for kappa and lambda that are gorgeous and we're
currently vying (in-house) for the testing of HPV on ThinPreps.  Ventana is
working up a HER2-neu FISH protocol that will work on our tissues (we've
sent them slides to optimize the software and protocol with.  

We're slowly getting into the IHS/FISH arena but so far its been going well
and Ventana has worked hand-in-hand with us to get these protocols up and
running.

I'dlike to hear from anyone routinly doing automated ISH on either the
Biogenex or Ventana machines (or other machines if there are any). I'd like
to know how it's working. We use everything from oligos to long riboprobes
and would like to automate.
