IHC slides

does anyone have advice on types of slides to use for immunohistochemical staining of human (muscle) tissue? previously we've coated our own but I've heard that superfrost slides are better and result in less background staining...does this refer to background staining from the dye, such as H & E, or due to non-specific binding of antibodies?
