We are beginning an evaluation of DAKO's WT-1, Clone 6F-H2 antibody.  Does
anyone have suggestions for alternative methods of antigen
retrieval/digestion other than 0.4% Pepsin solution in 0.2N HCl for 30
minutes at 37 degrees C. as recommended by DAKO?  Thanks for any suggestions
or recommendations.
