Hi histonetters,


 I am doing free floating immuno on 50um sections and need to use Vector
Elite kits. Does anyone have any experience of these please?

There are such large volumes involved in my staining techiniques, i.e. 20mls
per case and I have 65 cases to do, that I am going to go through many many
kits. The instructions tell you to how to make up 10mls at a time by putting
in 4 drops of reagent A and 4 drops of reagent B. If I knew what these were,
then I would not need to order the superfluous extra plastic bottles and
horse serum every time as well.
