Hello John,

You are right, that using the OTF for a study would be limited to mice. But, 
the inquiry was for mice. On the other hand, if you want to get into larger 
animals and brain hemispheres the Hacker-Bright 8250 or 9400 which use a 
sledge (sliding microtome) will also do a very fine job at about 1/3 of the 
cost quoted by Gayle.
