Hi all,
Does anyone have information regarding a laboratory that offers
services for whole body autoradiography?
As explained by one of our clients the process is something like this:
Inject a mouse with a radioactively labeled antibody, freeze the mouse,
prepare 20 micron thick sections of the whole animal through the organs
of interest, place the frozen section against photographic film for a
set period of time, develop the film. The exposed areas will indicate
the location of the organs targeted by the antibody.
The name of a company that performs this technique or a detailed
protocol will be highly appreciated.
Thank you,
Hector Herrera
San Diego, CA.
