We've called to have the Optimax instrument recalibrated after moving, and
once it was making strange noises. They got here fast and fixed everything
up fine. We do have a service contract on it.

I'm a happy operator of an Optimax IHC stainer (the Pathologists own it).
I'm wondering if other Optimax users have had to call a service person for
repairs? If so, about how often, and why? I can't imagine that there have
been many calls, as this instrument is designed very well. But on occasion
things break. I welcome all your feedback.
