I'm a happy operator of an Optimax IHC stainer (the Pathologists own it). I'm wondering if other Optimax users have had to call a service person for repairs? If so, about how often, and why? I can't imagine that there have been many calls, as this instrument is designed very well. But on occasion things break. I welcome all your feedback. Please & Thank you, Bruce Gapinski HT(ASCP)
