Millonig.

From:Ian Montgomery <i.montgomery@btinternet.com>

John,
Well, well, and here's me thinking I was one of the few who had
Millonig's excellent wee book. I remember buying the book from Millonig
himself in the early seventies.
Ian.

hi David, the following is the make up of mammalian ringers, it is from an
old reference source: LABORATORY MANUAL OF BIOLOGICAL ELECTRON MICROSCOPY by
G. Millonig

H2O to make 200.00 ml
NaCL 1.8g
KCL 0.84g
CaCL2.6H2O 0.1 g
NaHCO3 0.1 g
glucose 0.1g
MgCL.6H2O 0.05g

If you need amphibian ringers or Tyrode please feel free to let me know.
I will not assume to know what the authors of the paper you are referring to
had in mind as some of my colleagues have.
John
