Hi.  I attended one of your training sessions for the
E series VIP processors.  We've been having a peculiar
problem with ours, and I would like to ask you some
questions.  We've been able to fix the symtoms, but we
can't track down the actual problem.  I was hoping
maybe you could give some ideas.
