R and D Systems has protocols for cells, or you can try Pharmingen
immunocytochemistry staining methods for cytokines, check out websites.  

Fixation is with formalin OR paraformaldehyde, and you need to use saponin
in buffers to permeablize the cell membrane to stain for cytokines.
