Many thanks to all who responded to my request for help with using
Instrumedics paraffin tape transfer system.  Special thanks to my friend
and colleague, John Tarpley, for his most excellent advice of applying the
tape to the face of a room temperature block (never even thought of that
one as I thought it was written in stone that only chilled blocks would
section!) and for changing to an aqueous eosin to eliminate background
staining (this was in the instructions).  Yeah- things seem to be working
well in research today:-)
