Good morning everyone:

I am looking for a supplier of reagent labels that will display the
following information:


Must have:

Reagent or chemical name
Preparation date
Expiration date
Technician


Nice to have:

Concentration
Solvent
Application/stain
NFPA chemical hazard diagram

Also, is there anyone who can supply these with an adhesive which allows for
easy removal?  I have checked several vendors including Lab Safety Supply
and unless I have them customized they seem to be unavailable.
