RE: question about fixative-help....

Amy,
Never used it, but here's a reference. Beware, if the tissue doesn't fix,
you must remix. Apparently for some reason it doesn't perform well when used
in a courtroom full of television cameras.

Subject: question about fixative-help....
Has anyone every heard of Ito's fixative? We have a
researcher interested in using it for western blots on
either frozen or paraffin embedded tissue. Need a
formula or a source. Thanks in advance,
