And if you want to see them as colored endpoints, with a chromogen ie DAB,
you can detect with an antiFITC conjugated to HRP.  Intracellular cytokine
stains can require approx 10ug/ml to detect, and having concentrated
antibodies gives one a bit more leeway for the correct concentration for
detection via light microscope.   

Question:  are these designed for FACS analysis applications??
