Hi dear listers. I want to know if anybody has experience with other
protein tags aside from the FLAG-tag. I want to generate some transgenic
animals and I would need to use antibodies against the tag in whole mouse
embryos from 8.5 to 14.5 dpc. I've been looking arround, but apart from
the  FLAG-tag, I've not been able to find any references using another
tag in  whole embryos, just the His, HA, etc, but only in cell cultures.
All suggestions and discouragements accepted.
