Orange G and precipatation

From:Gayle Callis <uvsgc@montana.edu>

I don't know if this would make a difference, but I had old (really OLD!)
Orange G dye sitting around in my lab. When I tried to repeat a method
using Orange G, my old dye was not cooperating, dissolved poorly, with ppt
everywhere. I would make sure my next go round with Orange G is with a new
dye lot. Hopefully this is not your case.

Also, I am interested in the use of hydrogen peroxide with this modified
Goldners, if possible, can you put the protocol on Histonet or drop an
attachment directly to my address.

Thank you,

Gayle Callis
