Does anyone have experience doing immunofluorescence on HCV+ frozen kidney tissue? I assume that you would not handle it any differently than any other frozen tissue (assuming that you follow "Universal Precautions"). We have a biopsy from a patient whose HCV RNA was >800,000! Thanks! R. Cartun
