I am seeking comments from anyone who has had experience with using antibody
to complement C4d (Quidel cat no A251 and A213) on either frozen or FFPE
sections. We are wishing to use the antibodies for identification of renal
and cardiac allograft rejection. I am particularly interested in
pretreatment, dilution and detection systems used for FFPE material and if
one these antibodies performs better than the other.
