We've begun doing IHC on frozen sections because we can't get
this particular MAb to work on formalin-fixed tissues. We've
tried a couple different antigen retrieval methods for
formalin-fixed tissues which didn't work and have now resorted to
frozen sections.

I'm looking for hints or tricks on how to keep the frozen
sections on the slides during staining on a Dako Autostainer.
We're using Bond-Rite slides and then fix in 20% acetone before
going on the stainer.

Thanks for any advice.
