We preheat our Black & Decker Steamer to boiling, and while it is preheating,
we run our slides down to water and microwave the slides in antigen retrieval
for 50 sec, just to preheat. Slides in antigen retrieval "cook" for 30 min
in steamer, then sit at room temp for 15 minutes. Wash in buffer and place on
stainer
