You might want to try to call Paul Meola at 1-800-825-6073 when I used to work in surgical supplies at the hospital we would order surgical instruments from him.
Maybe he can send you a book. On some instruments their are different grades , floor grade instruments which are cheaper and then more expensive ones depending on your use.
