Liam,
Currently I'm using the cyclin D-1 from Biocare Medical, and liking it a lot. It's not perfect, but it's the best of the 6 clones I've tried so far. We pretreat in 0.5M Tris, pH 10.0 in a vegetable steamer for 40 minutes at „ 90šC, followed by a 20 minute cooldown. The extended time really made a big difference for us. Here is the ordering info:
