We have found that a P-selectin antibody from Research Diagnostics
works well for the sheep. It is a rabbit polyclonal, listed as reacting
with
human, mouse and rat. The catalog number is RDI-CD62Pabr, and
the product is 0.2 ml at 0.5 mg/ml.
The phone # is: 800-631-9384.
The URL is: www.researchd.com.

We probably ought to share other info on successes and failures in sheep.

Subject: Sheep antibody

Dear Histonetters

We are currently working on sheep tissue and are looking for an antibody to
stain endothelial cells. So far nothing has been succesful. I have tried
FV111,
CD34 and CD31. All anti-human at this stage. Anyone out there had any luck?
Many thanks in advance.
