Tom,
We have two Leica 1800 cryostats which have worked wonderfully for us for
years. They cut consistently and down to 1-2 microns. They are very
efficient on space too. They have a newer model out now. I highly recommend.
You won't believe the difference after the Tissue Tek cryostats! Good Luck!

I will be budgeting for a microtome and cryostat this time around and was
wondering what folks are buying these days. I went from AO microtomes and
now have Leitz 1512s. I have one Tissue Tek cryostat and am looking for
replacement.

What do you have and why do you like it? I'd appreciate any comments.
Thanks.
