Hi everyone!!!

I was wondering what is everyone out there using to stain Microvessel
Density.  Which antibodies gives the most reliable staining.  What is/are
the antibody/ies of choice.
Are you looking for NEO-vascularization or just vascularization around the
tumor area?  I have tried CD105 for neo-vascularization but I have not been
successful with the staining. I have tested DAKO and Pharmingen CD105.  If
anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Also, which clone(s) of EGFR is everyone using?
