Hi All
A few questions about immunocytochemistry. Using parafin sections
and mouse tissue which make of antibody is recommended for cellular
markers as well as cytokine staining? Any special antigen retrieval
methods for T cell markers (specially CD3)? We have tried citrate
buffer pH6. Which type of trypsin does one normally use? Any
recipies? Any special tips for background blocking?
Thanking you
Marilyn.
