Gayle Callis, who didn't have that protocol in the first place.  And also
apologies to Cynthia Favara, whose limelight I accidentally gave to Gayle,
because it's her protocol.  So Cynthia Favara, if you have the time and
inclination, I still would appreciate the protocol to determine F4/80.
