We have been using Vector's Nova red. but right now it's giving us color
incompatiblity with the Ethyl Green/ Pyronin Y staining that we use as a
counterstain. So we are thinking of switching to DAB as the chromogen.
Does anyone have any preferences to what type (brand or preparation) of
DAB they use? Have anyone done Ethyl Green/Pyronin Y with any other
chromogen that works well with this counter stain? If so what did you use?
Thanks for all your help
