Bruce Brodersen asked if anyone was using an autoclave instead
of pressure cooker or steamer. We do. We have a small bench
top autoclave which we use for all of our antigen retreival which
require heating. We use various buffers depending on the antibody
(Biogenex Citra, urea and EDTA mostly). Works great.
