Dear Histonet,
          I was wondering if anyone has any experience using a FITC
conjugated CD31 antibody to stain frozen tissue sections?  I am having
trouble getting a strong enough signal to take a photo?  Also does anyone
have a source for a biotinylated CD31 antibody?  I am trying to stain human
cells that have been grafted to mice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
