Hi Tonya,

We used Histoclear in our stainings instead of Xylene, worked fine so far.
For our coverslipper,we had to add a final Xylene-bath.
In our tissue-processor we used the substitute from Merck Neo-Clear.

Has anyone used the Shandon Xylene Substitutes as a clearing agent. Does it
do a good job?
