Hi.  I'm trying to stain for Kuppfer cells in mouse liver using an
anti-vimentin antibody - to no avail.  Frozen tissue, two different clones
from Zymed at very high and low concentrations, MeOH or acetone fixation,
trypsin or pro K or no digestion, used ABC method and fluorescence.  I would
really REALLY appreciate any suggestions, using a different antibody or
different method.  THANKS in advance!!!
