Sorry this is a late reply, haven't read my mail for a while. Did you know 
that you can use a dispenser on the Ventana for your H2O2?  We purchase the 
Option 1 bar code and dispenser and put our H2O2 in it and run for 8 minutes 
on each Ab. Of course doing it manually will save you the cost of the 
dispenser, but if you want to save time, try the Option 1 in your protocol.  
Also be sure to check the dispenser regularly for air bubbles--bleed the 
dispenser as required in order to get drops instead of air bubbles!
