Be glad to help out, we have been CAP Inspected for a number of years and
Histology has always passed with flying colors!  Send me your fax # and
I'll fax you some of our proceedures.  Let's see if your lab director
goes along with those.  Maybe others would send you some of their
procedures so you could compare and pick the ones you liked best.  Just a
thought.
