Stacey,
  I supervise an immunohistochemistry reference laboratory in Seattle, 
WA.  We do over 200 different immunos, as well as routine histology and 
special stains.  We are inspected by CAP, and have all our procedures in 
NCCLS format.  It might be easier to discuss this over the phone, but if 
you want to do it via e-mail, I'll need some more specifics on what you 
are doing, and what your question is.
