I use TH (tyrosine hydroxylase) to label dopamine neurons also. I believe I used an antibody from Boehringer Mannheim (monoclonal), and it works very nicely. I routinely use the Vector Elite ABC kit for immuno, with H2O2/Methanol pretreatment, and microwaving in 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0.
