Hi,
    1) steamer and waterbath (for Herceptest)
    2) 20 min.
    3) it is not a time it is a temperature (avg. about 10 min) until the
temperature drops to about 40 degrees C
    4) automated
    5) we purchase concentrated retrieval solutions
    6) We use three: Herceptest retrieval solution, and two different pH
solutions
    7) pH 6.5 is the most commonly used for us
