If you are using any retreival techniques on B5 fixed tissue you will get 
false negativity, after multiple trials on a wide variety of antibodies fixed 
this way, I have found that tissue fixed in b5 needs no retrieval at all, 
especially for cd markers. I have only experienced false positivity with 
steam protocols and by actual testing created my  own false positives on neg 
tissue.
