We are having some trouble with Mart-1 from Biocare (pre-dilute) on
human tissue. We have used their pressure cooker, and their Reveal
solution. Also tried their Decloaker solution. Used the microwave and
got some results. We have the Ventana and use its blocker. Anyone
using this antibody and if so, what is your protocol?
