Hi All!
I was wondering if anyone could make a suggestion on what HIER
method I should try. I work with whole retinas. I fix in 10% NBF. I
am using CD31 to look at the vasculature of the retina. I read that
microwave HIER is recommended for CD31, however I haven't found anyone
who does it on whole mounts. Can anyone give me some hints and possibly
suggest a protocol I could try?
Thanks for your time.
Carrie
