Tammy

It probably has to do with the clone you are using. In a recent article by
Frizzera et al 1999 in the pathology patterns supplementary issue of the
American Jnl of Clin Path, the CD23 clone of choice for paraffin sections is
BU38. This clone works well with HEIR using DAKO's TRS. The manufacturer of
this clone is the Binding Site. Their web address is www.bindingsite.co.uk

>Looking for some help.....I am trying to get CD-23 (Cell Marque, clone
1B12) to stain and am not having very good luck. I'm using HEIR, 1:50
dilution with 15 minute detection times. This protocol ( with a few minor
adjustments, depending on the antibody) works well in our lab with other
antibodies. Not so good with this one. Any suggestions?? Jim B, got any
ideas? Thanks in advance.
