Okay all you immuno wizards out there--I have a couple of questions.

Has anybody experienced false positives on CD3, and false negatives on
CD79a?  If you have researched this problem, please share your knowledge
and experience.  These particular cases are exposed to decal solution, as
well as B5 fixative.
