Hey Everyone,
I have a question for anyone out there able to help. I need MOUSE or HUMAN
control tissue (parafin emmbedded) for activated TGFB1. There is only one
amino acid difference between Mouse and Human TGFB1 so the ab recognizes
both. I have searched the literature to find that it is OFTEN but not
ALWAYS produced in human Colonic epithelium as well as certain types of
breast cancer, but I need to know that the tissue is marketed specially
that is a gauranteed to be positive for it.
Thanks Everybody,
