Hello Fellow netters,

I am in need of some help. I have been attempting to stain for TGFB1 in
several different tissues with some success but am having a great deal of
inconsistant staining within a particular stain. I need control tissue. I
have tried Oral squamous cell carcinoma, human colon, as well as an
experimental model that we have. One is there something i am not
considering that is needed for retrieving growth factors? I think this may
be a factor also. TGFB1 expression is differentially expressed so it is
difficult to tie down a control.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks everyone,
