Demonstrating tyrosine hydroxylase in sections I find that HIER
with citrate buffer is the method of choice. Now the problem, I have to use
the same technique on free floating sheets of smooth muscle. Any hints and
tips on how I can prevent the tissue shrinking from a full, but delicate
sheet, into a wee wizzened lump.
Ian.
